The Bengaluru-based company is bringing client management, scheduling, notes, billing, online booking and payments together for independent mental health practitioners and multi-practitioner clinics.

Bengaluru, India, September 21, 2026 -- LifeHetu has introduced two practice-management software tiers designed for independent mental health practitioners as well as multi-practitioner clinics.

LifeHetu is bringing the public-facing and operational sides of a mental health practice into a more connected digital ecosystem, combining professional websites with practice-management capabilities such as client records, appointment scheduling, private notes, intake and activity forms, billing, practitioner management, online booking and payments.

The Practice Management – In-Person tier is priced at INR 499 plus GST per month, while the Complete tier is priced at INR 1,150 plus GST per month. Each tier includes one user, with additional users available at INR 250 plus GST per user per month.

Both tiers include client records and history, scheduling, private notes with customisable templates, activity and intake forms, care plans, invoices and payment records, and practitioner profiles.

Practitioners can maintain notes against individual client records, review previous observations before subsequent appointments, assign intake questions or activities to clients, and view responses alongside their history. Multi-practitioner practices can use the same system to manage practitioner profiles, services, availability and schedules.

The Complete tier connects these internal practice workflows with the client's digital booking journey. It adds online availability and self-booking, booking through a LifeHetu-powered website, online payments through a connected payment gateway, cancellations and rescheduling, and appointment notifications and reminders.

Appointments booked online and appointments arranged through referrals, telephone conversations or directly at the practice can therefore be managed within the same system.

"When a mental health professional starts an independent practice, they are suddenly expected to manage much more than their professional work. This allows practices focused primarily on in-person work to use the operational platform without first building an online booking journey.

Practices that want to extend those workflows online can connect the Complete tier with a LifeHetu-powered website, allowing clients to view services and practitioner availability, book sessions and make payments online.

Website development is offered separately from the practice-management subscription, and payment-gateway processing charges apply separately.

The company is developing technology around the full digital journey of a mental health practice — from how a practitioner presents their professional identity and services online to how a client discovers those services, books an appointment, makes a payment and subsequently becomes part of the practice's ongoing workflow.
